## About the role

The target base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $142,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

## What they're looking for

- Partner with the Medical Affairs team to define, refine, and evolve key metrics and KPIs as the program scales across new conditions and services
- Build, document, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in business intelligence tools (ex: Omni & Hex) that empower non-technical users to monitor clinical outcomes and provider quality
- Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to answer emerging business and clinical questions
- Identify trends and gaps in clinical improvement & initiatives and recommend opportunities for improvement based on data-driven insights
- Support data integrity efforts by contributing to dbt models and ensuring consistent, scalable data structures across Medical Affairs
- Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure the Medical Affairs team has access to the necessary data sources for comprehensive reporting
