## About the role

The target base salary range for this position is $245,000 - $333,000 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

- 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading and developing PM managers or directors, with demonstrated success scaling product organizations across multiple teams or pods
- Proven track record building and scaling platform and infrastructure products, including a heavy focus on data and AI/ML platforms
- Strong track record influencing and aligning executive stakeholders across functions (engineering, clinical, legal, compliance) on complex, ambiguous, and often competing priorities
