- Lead a small team within Revenue Operations while staying hands-on as an individual contributor, balancing people management with direct execution
- Manage and optimize the CRM, sales and marketing tools, data infrastructure, and the integrations that tie them together
- Partner with and influence cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that improve revenue generation
- Lead projects from ideation through execution to improve revenue processes, including building technology enhancements within our revenue tools
- Own the recurring reporting rhythm across sales and growth marketing, from weekly pipeline reviews to leadership business reviews, so data consistently drives visibility and decisions
