## About the role

The target base salary for this position is $66,500 - $83,085 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.

## What they're looking for

- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and other recurring entries with complete supporting documentation
- Own assigned bank and balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve or escalate open items promptly
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes by completing assigned tasks accurately and on schedule
- Maintain general ledger schedules for cash, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, payroll, and other assigned accounting areas
- Follow U.S. GAAP, company accounting policies, and internal controls, surface risks or inconsistencies before they affect reporting
- Document recurring workflows and improve accounting processes through thoughtful use of systems, automation, and AI, while validating outputs and protecting confidential information
