- Provide individual therapy to employees on site and/or virtually
- Proactively develop strong and trusting relationships with leaders and HR POCs and execute against a local action plan for your sites
- Conduct company tailored training and Spring Health benefit promotion events
- Develop expert-level understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem and available support programs, and are able to provide appropriate referrals to members
- Complete required internal training and assignments and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings
