We deliver hybrid care (in-home + virtual) powered by an AI platform that unlocks the seemingly impossible: broad reaching care across 25+ states, serving 70%+ of the US population that’s always-on and very margin efficient. This core care delivery foundation has also opened up the door to major enterprise AI offerings that further cement the value Sprinter can provide.

## What they're looking for

- Proven track record: 6+ years of product management experience, including at least two owning platform, infrastructure or API products that other engineering teams built on
- Startup experience, especially those that have gone through rapid growth
- Shipped a rules engine, policy editor, or pathway builder that non-engineers used in production
- A favorite Lord of the Rings character
- We operate on a hybrid schedule, working from the office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays designated as work-from-anywhere days
