## What they're looking for

- We care much more about what you’ve built than a specific title or pedigree
- You have roughly 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, e-commerce technology, AI, or another fast-moving technology company
- You’ve been an early marketing hire, a #1 or #2 marketer at a startup, or a highly autonomous individual contributor who’s ready to own the function
- You’re an exceptional writer and storyteller. You can take a complex technical product and turn it into a clear, compelling idea people remember
