## About the role

The Head of Domains and Email will run the Domains and Email businesses as a business within a business and with ownership of product strategy, P&L, team, and commercial outcomes. This is a GM-model leadership role. You set the vision, build the org, own the numbers, and drive execution end to end. You will report directly to the President.

## What they're looking for

- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including significant ownership of a consumer-facing product or line of business. Domain expertise in Registry / Registrar or DNS products is a strong plus
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling a consumer product or business from strategy through execution to measurable commercial outcomes
- A builder’s mindset: energized by ambiguity, decisive with incomplete information, and relentless about moving fast without sacrificing quality
- Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering teams and cross-functional or matrixed delivery organizations. A technical background is a meaningful advantage
- Customer-obsessed: you build for real people, you talk to them, and you hold your team to the same standard
- Deep understanding of AI and ML at a strategic and operational level, with direct experience owning an AI transformation — rethinking how a business competes and delivers value through AI
