## About the role

This is a surface-level mandate, not just an app role. Today our mobile experience spans a native app, mobile web, and product experiences designed desktop-first and adapted for mobile with varying consistency. You will unify this into one coherent mobile strategy: deciding where the native app, mobile web, and responsive experiences each play, and ensuring every new product experience treats mobile as a first-class consideration.

## What they're looking for

- 12+ years of product management experience including leading and developing PM teams at the Director level or above
- Owned mobile as a surface strategy, spanning native apps and mobile web
- You have shipped experiences where mobile was a critical product for the business and there was a high bar for your organization’s mobile craft
- You carry a track record of outcome ownership, including activation, engagement, or revenue results you drove and the product choices behind them
- Experience in commerce, payments, or seller/SMB tools strongly preferred
- Fluency in mobile-native product mechanics
