## About the role

Squarespace is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives across digital and lifecycle channels. This role will be responsible for building and scaling data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate growth, optimize funnel performance, and maximize customer lifetime value. They will own web, lifecycle marketing and funnel conversion.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive experience in growth product, growth marketing, growth analytics, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, CRO, or performance marketing
- Proven success scaling customer acquisition and retention programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Previous experience analyzing CRM, performance marketing, churn, and product and feature adoption for growth opportunities
- Deep expertise in paid media, lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and attribution
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Amplitude, BI tools, Iterable, Contentful, Statsig, or similar platforms
- Experience managing growth tool stack and delivering measurable ROI
