## About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Strategy Sr. Manager to join our INTL GTM team. This is a critical Individual Contributor role owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy across multiple international markets and strategic initiatives - from budgeting and planning through content strategy, media investment, and cross-functional execution. You will build the playbooks and frameworks that shape how Squarespace shows up internationally.

- 10+ years of experience in International Strategy, GTM Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or a related strategic function at a high-growth company
- Proven track record owning end-to-end strategy and execution - from planning through measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear operational and strategic decisions
