## About the role

In this role, you will lead technical strategy, architecture, and implementation while mentoring engineers, collaborating across teams, and contributing code to complex projects that align technical investments with business priorities. This is a hybrid role working from our Aveiro office 3 days per week. You will report to the Senior Engineering Director based in Portugal.
