## About the role

We're hiring an IT & Security Ops Manager to own the systems, tools, and infrastructure that keep every Squinter productive — and secure. Sitting within our Finance & Operations team, you'll be the person who makes sure new hires get set up on day one, our tools and vendors are managed well, and our basic security hygiene is solid — all without slowing anyone down. You'll also be a key partner in our SOC 2 and compliance efforts, keeping our controls audit-ready.
