## About the role

The Microcircuit Emulation Center at SRI International (formerly Sarnoff Corporation) is looking for a Research Scientist, electron beam lithography to support the development of electron beam lithography for manufacturing of microcircuits (integrated circuits). Through SRI's Generalized Emulation of Microcircuits (GEM) and Advanced Microcircuit Emulation (AME) programs, the Microcircuit Emulation Center supplies form, fit, function, and interface replacements for obsolete microcircuits.

## What they're looking for

- B.S. chemistry, physics, electrical engineering, or an equivalent field required
- Due to Government requirements candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Experienced with electron-beam lithography theory, data perpetration and process development required
- Past use of JEOL electron beam systems and GenISys Beamer data preparation software is desired
- Knowledge of semiconductor processing
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and to document solutions
