## About the role

SRI Robotics seeks a Robotics Software Engineer onsite at our headquarters in Menlo Park, CA, to support development efforts in robotic teleoperation, machine learning, autonomy and controls.

## What they're looking for

- Must have US Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance
- Minimum qualifications: RE II - B.S. with 2+ years OR M.S., RE III – Bachelors with 5+ years OR Masters with 3+ years OR PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics or related field
- Experience with ROS 2 for robotic software development
- Experience developing software to interface with physical robotic systems
- Experience integrating robotic sensors such as cameras, LiDAR, IMUs, force/torque sensors, or similar devices
- Experience with system software (driver/OS level) on Linux and Windows
