## About the role

SRS Acquiom is seeking an Associate Product Designer to help design clear, usable digital experiences for our client-facing and internal products. You’ll work closely with senior product designers, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to turn product needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs. This role is a good fit for someone with strong UX/UI fundamentals, curiosity about complex workflows, and a desire to grow their product design craft.

## What they're looking for

- • 0 –3 years of professional experience (including internships) in product design, UX design, UI design, interaction design, or a related field
- • A portfolio that shows your design process, UX/UI fundamentals, and ability to solve product problems
- • Working knowledge of Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
- • Interest in applying AI-assisted tools within the design workflow, such as exploration, prototyping, synthesis, documentation, and/or design iteration
- • Strong attention to detail in layout, interaction behavior, file organization, and design handoff
- • Ability to ask thoughtful questions, share work clearly, and explain design decisions with support and guidance
