## About the role

SRS Acquiom is seeking a UX Researcher to conduct end-to-end research on complex client and internal workflows, turning findings into actionable insights that improve our digital experiences. You’ll also help establish repeatable practices, tools, and repositories that make research easier to run, more consistent, and scalable. This position can be located in Denver or can be fully remote though you may be expected to travel occasionally to our Denver headquarters.

## What they're looking for

- • 5 + years of professional experience conducting UX research, product research, design research, or a closely related discipline
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences
- • Comfort working with ambiguity, complex workflows, and evolving business or product priorities
