## About the role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our daily testing and commercial pilot operations. You are the critical link between our autonomous technology, our professional driver fleet, and our freight customers. In this role, you will balance rigorous personnel management with precise asset management to ensure our trucks are running safely, efficiently, and effectively.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 4+ years of experience in operations management, fleet management, logistics, or a related field (experience in autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or advanced R&D environments is a massive plus)
- People Leadership: Proven track record of managing frontline personnel (drivers, technicians, or operators) with a focus on safety, accountability, and professional development
- Technical Prowess: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand complex software/hardware systems, read data logs, and interface intelligently with engineering teams
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear directives to drivers and presenting operational metrics to leadership
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to solving operational problems and optimizing fleet efficiency
- Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel extensively and spend considerable time in the cab of a Class 8 truck to maintain a pulse on field operations
