- Leading an internal ai platform team that manages our internal platform to onboard StackAdapt’s Internal API, UI & Knowledge at a platform-scale into our external AI Platform
- Owning the evals pipeline/platform for all feature teams
- Hire and mentor a new team of full-stack engineers across different levels of seniority
- Cultivate a high performance team that executes against their roadmap while following agile best practices
- Promote software development best-practices and conduct rigorous code reviews
- Plan ahead and architect scalable web APIs, component library and backend systems
