- 8+ years in SaaS finance/accounting with end-to-end Q2C and revenue recognition ownership
- Experience building/owning Deal Desk and sales compensation programs
- Strong process and policy writer, effective operator across Product & GTM
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to improve close time, forecasting, and DSO
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required, as this role involves frequent collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers where English is the primary working language
