## About the role

- Build a trusted, credible relationship with the Plant Manager and Operations team -- you're their finance partner, not a corporate auditor - Strong presentation and communication skills -- you can walk a Plant Manager through a variance analysis and present the same material to a CFO

## What they're looking for

- - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CMA preferred
- - 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or plant finance role
- - Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory valuation
- - Experience partnering directly with plant and operations leadership in a dotted-line or matrixed reporting structure
- - Experience with ERP/MRP systems -- NetSuite or similar a plus
- - Advanced Excel skills, comfortable building financial models and forecasts from scratch
