- Reach out cold and get replies. Dozens a day, not five
- Get them signed up and their profile complete
- Push intros to our client companies and chase them until someone books an interview
- Ring the bell when they get hired
- 0-4 years out of school. Sales, recruiting, startup, or nothing at all. We care what you did, not where
