## About the role

The Corporate Meetings & Events Manager owns internal meeting and event execution at Steno. This is a ground-floor opportunity to establish how Steno plans, sources, and executes internal programs at scale, with direct visibility to senior leadership across the company.

## What they're looking for

- You have 6+ years of experience in corporate meetings, internal events, or conference planning
- You have end-to-end experience managing complex meetings and events — from sourcing through onsite execution
- You have deep expertise negotiating hotel and venue contracts: room blocks, attrition, cancellation, F&B minimums, AV, concessions, and service charges
- You bring strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, invoice review, and reconciliation
- You've managed multiple concurrent programs across competing timelines, stakeholders, and budgets
- You have experience building preferred supplier networks or master service agreements
