## About the role

Have you ever wanted to be the face of a brand? Then this is your chance. Your day-to-day objectives will be to develop, create, and produce our content strategy on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms while being on camera and being the face of our brand to the world. You will play a key role in expanding Step’s brand through our channels, researching trends, creators, innovating, and will be on camera. You will own the production of trending, relevant video content across our content ecosystem.

- 5+ years of creating content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Deep passion for personal finance and financial literacy, and are actively consuming short-form and long-form financial content
- Invested in helping the next generation take control of their financial future and creating financial literacy content to help people improve their financial futures
- You love creating and editing content, being on camera, and are passionate about all things social media
- Proven expertise in platform-native content creation across major social channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories, YouTube, X/Twitter)
