## About the role

Stord is seeking a Corporate Counsel to support Stord’s commercial contracting growth as the company scales its sales pipeline by over 50%. This role will primarily focus on sales, partnerships, and commercial relationships, including reviewing, advising, and negotiating customer agreements, partner agreements, vendor contracts, amendments, and NDAs. This role will leverage AI tools alongside strong legal judgment to drive efficiency.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience with commercial transaction experience in the ecommerce or logistics space
- Proven ability to ramp quickly and take ownership of a contract portfolio in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and comfort with legal technology, including AI-assisted contract review tools and CLM platforms (Ironclad experience a plus)
- J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
