## About the role

Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction across all fulfillment centers within the AOR. Regularly monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of management experience in high velocity omni-channel fulfillment operations, with a proven track record of managing multiple facilities or operations with superior outcomes
- Experience leading teams of 200+ people, including salaried employees, with a demonstrated history of leadership capabilities and an ability to motivate/develop teams
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience developing and owning P&L across multiple fulfillment/distribution centers
- Experience monitoring financial performance within a fulfillment center/distribution center, including cost per order, cost per unit, throughput, orders per hour, and more
