## About the role

The Director, HSS & Enterprise Compliance, is a senior operational leader responsible for building, scaling, and running Stord’s enterprise HSS function across a high-growth, multi-site fulfillment network.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive experience in health, safety, security, or compliance leadership, with at least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent senior leadership role
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary HSS teams across a multi-site network in 3PL, eCommerce fulfillment, distribution, or a similarly complex logistics environment
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling enterprise compliance programs with measurable business outcomes
- Experience operating as a cross-functional senior leader -- influencing Sales, Operations, Legal, HR, and Finance on HSS-related decisions
