## About the role

Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to deliver on daily goals. Ownership of Sortation, Dock Management, and shipping department

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of two to four years’ experience working with automated sortation systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Dock Management platforms in a high-volume facility
- Previous leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
- Ability to manage carriers and drivers on a daily basis
- Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
