## About the role

Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound activities, truck loading/unloading, and warehouse organization to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Manage, coach, and develop multiple supervisors and a large hourly workforce, conducting performance reviews and creating career development pathways.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), material handling equipment (MHE), and various industrial storage systems
- Ability to analyze data to identify challenges and reach beneficial conclusions regarding operational performance
- Strong ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, as well as present information effectively to clients and executives
- Proven history of planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while setting clear priorities
- Technical Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis
