## About the role

We are looking for an ambitious senior leader as Vice President of Claims - someone with deep experience in P&C claims who wants to build the future of claims with AI, not just apply it. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to build from the ground up.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 12+ years experience in P&C claims, ideally spanning auto and liability
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a carrier, TPA, or MGA - preferably during a period of growth or transformation
- Proven ability to build and scale operational teams and systems from scratch
- Deep understanding of claims tech stacks, data strategy, and automation
- Tech-native and genuinely excited by AI - you are fluent working alongside engineers, comfortable with modern AI tooling, and energized by using technology to reinvent how claims are handled
- Comfortable in external-facing roles and effective at building long-term trust
