## About the role

I'm looking for a founding mechanical engineer with extremely high agency. It already flies; you'll own how the system comes together and integrates onto real drones, end-to-end. You will be out in the field testing with customers, not sitting behind a laptop. I don't care about degrees. I care that you've actually built drones - hobby projects, personal builds and garage tinkering count for more than any fancy piece of paper.

## What they're looking for

- Built drones before: designed, assembled and flown real UAVs (hobby and personal projects absolutely count)
- CAD experience for enclosures, mounts and airframe integration
- Hands-on with autonomous drones running ArduPilot, INAV or PX4
- Systems integration across mechanical, electrical and software
- Prototyping, 3D printing and rapid iteration
- FPV and/or fixed wing piloting experience
