## About the role

In this role, you will recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with systems integrators, prime contractors, resellers, distributors, and technology partners. You will work with partners to identify opportunities, develop joint business and pursuit strategies, navigate contract vehicles and sales channels, and turn partnerships into measurable growth.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in business, government, political science, international relations, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, alliances, federal business development, or a related go-to-market role
- Experience working with government-focused partners such as systems integrators, prime contractors, resellers, distributors, or technology vendors
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage external business relationships while coordinating effectively with internal sales, capture, technical, or operational teams
- Experience managing multiple partners, opportunities, or workstreams while maintaining accurate and timely information in CRM or related systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief partners, develop joint plans, and communicate partnership performance and priorities to leadership
