## About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative Executive Engagement Marketing Manager for the Americas to lead the operational execution of executive engagement and hospitality programs across the region. This role will translate program strategy into excellent execution by building the systems, communications, tools, tracking, and cross-functional coordination needed to deliver high-touch experiences for senior external audiences.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, executive programs, hospitality, or a related B2B marketing role
- Experience managing complex, detail-intensive projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently within a defined area of responsibility, prioritize competing workstreams, and make sound decisions with incomplete information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to communicate effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external executive audiences
- Strong project management skills, including experience developing workback plans, coordinating deliverables, tracking progress, and resolving execution issues
- Strong operational and analytical mindset, with experience using program data, stakeholder feedback, and reporting to improve execution
