## About the role

We are looking for an M&A/Integration Accounting leader to own cross-functional accounting integration strategy and execution. In this role, you will lead complex integration initiatives, establish policy alignment, oversee business combination accounting (including technical valuations), and serve as the accounting authority for Stripe’s strategic investment portfolio. ## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of relevant public accounting and/or industry experience
- Relevant M&A integration experience
- B.A. or B.S degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
- Fluency in U.S. GAAP and ability to research complex accounting issues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
