## About the role

Stripe is seeking a People Operations Specialist, HR Compliance to join our Global People Operations team. This role is a critical pillar of our People Operations function, focusing on complex operational challenges and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle. You will serve as a critical operational stakeholder enabling HR transformation by ensuring seamless support, optimizing processes with data-driven insights, and collaborating closely with our Centers of Excellence (COEs).

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance, People Operations, or employment law support, with direct ownership of compliance obligations
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices across the employee lifecycle
- Experience managing or supporting external audits, including evidence gathering and cross-functional coordination
- Technical aptitude and proficiency with Workday (specifically data accuracy and management) and experience with Salesforce or a similar ticketing system
- Experience driving operational improvements and contributing to significant program delivery
