- 6+ years of experiential, environmental, brand, or integrated design experience, ideally for technology or product-led companies
- Bachelor’s degree in art, design, or a related field
- A portfolio demonstrating concept-to-production work across events, environments, installations, keynotes, or other immersive brand experiences
- Experience leading large-scale conferences, trade shows, executive or customer events, or comparable IRL and hybrid experiences
- Strong visual design, art direction, and storytelling skills across physical and digital media
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex work while influencing designers, agencies, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders
