## About the role

As a Workday Analyst on the People Systems team, you’ll help administer and improve Stripe’s Workday environment. You’ll support the operational, cyclical, and change-management work that keeps our systems running reliably while building technical depth across key Workday domains.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration, administration, or human resources information system experience
- Experience configuring or supporting Workday Human Capital Management, Reporting, Security, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, or other employee lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting data loads, reporting requests, system changes, testing, or operational workflows in an enterprise human resources information system environment
- Experience working with confidential information and business-critical processes with close attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document work, partner with stakeholders, and raise risks or blockers when needed
