## About the role

The Director of Editorial role at Suno is a leadership position that will help establish the framework and POV of editorial at Suno. We are growing a generational company Has deep relationships across labels, artists, managers, and the broader music ecosystem

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in A&R, editorial, or a related field within the music industry
- A genuine point of view on music curation, discovery, and what makes an editorial program feel authentic and culturally resonant
- Strong operational instincts with experience building and improving processes across marketing or editorial workflows
- AI fluency, or at the very least curiosity and fair review of music made with AI-assistance
- Familiarity with metadata and taxonomy systems
- Excellent communicator: able to represent Suno credibly with senior artist teams and external partners, and communicate clearly and directly internally
