## About the role

Suno’s People team is scaling to match the company, and we’re looking for a People Partner to be the trusted talent partner for an assigned client group. Reporting to the Director, People Business Partners, you’ll own end-to-end People support for your group: performance cycles, employee relations, coaching managers, and translating company-wide programs into action for your teams.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience as a People Partner, with demonstrated depth partnering with leaders in a high-growth tech environment
- Track record leading complex employee relations investigations and high-stakes performance situations independently
- Sophistication in org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Strong grounding in US employment law, including Title VII, ADA, and FMLA, plus deep experience with California employment law given Suno's presence in Los Angeles and San Francisco, comfortable operating with independence and good judgment
- Proven ability to translate company-wide People frameworks into a specific function's context without losing the intent behind them
