## About the role

As a Data Scientist on Growth Monetization, you'll drive all things monetization from the data science perspective: how we price, package, convert, and retain. That spans our subscription business today and new business bets we're actively exploring.

## What they're looking for

- 6-8+ years in data science or product analytics roles, ideally owning a revenue or growth surface
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Deep experimentation experience grounded in statistical rigor: designing and running experiments end to end, deriving clear insights, and making strategic recommendations
- Hands-on experience with monetization problems (conversion funnels, churn and retention, pricing and packaging, or the economics of a new product line)
- A broad data science toolkit and the judgment to pick the right tool for the right question
- Thrive in ambiguity, excited to wear multiple hats, and never stop learning
