- 5-8+ years of experience in partnerships, program management, or community development, ideally spanning both education and nonprofit/social impact sectors
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch, you are comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the work of establishing something new
- Strong relationship-building skills and the credibility to engage senior stakeholders at academic institutions and mission-driven organizations
- Familiarity with the music industry, music education landscape, or AI technology (ideally more than one of these)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you can represent Suno's vision compellingly to audiences who may be skeptical of or unfamiliar with AI
- A genuine belief that creative tools should be accessible to everyone, and the drive to make that belief operational
