## About the role

Super Dispatch is looking for a Product Owner based in Tashkent to help drive execution of our Carrier Experience roadmap, with a focus on the Carrier TMS product. This role demands a detail oriented, execution focused mindset and close, daily collaboration with a team of engineers in a dynamic, fast paced, and data oriented environment.

## What they're looking for

- Translate the Carrier Experience roadmap and product strategy, set by the Product Manager and leadership, into a clear, prioritized, and consistently groomed backlog
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases that engineering can build against with minimal back and forth
- Own day to day backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization in close partnership with your engineering team
- Act as the primary point of contact for engineering during each sprint, answering questions and resolving ambiguity quickly to keep delivery on track
- Review and validate completed work against acceptance criteria before it ships, partnering with QA on test scenarios
- Monitor Carrier TMS usage and performance metrics, flagging risks, bugs, and opportunities back to the Product Manager and leadership
