This Product Manager II role is a SWAT position in our Fintech & Earnings vertical. You’ll be placed on the team where the vertical needs product leadership most, whether that’s improving how we underwrite cash advances, helping members build credit, growing how much people earn, or working on entirely new projects. ## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on consumer products at a startup or high-growth company
- Hands-on experience building with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, or Cursor, including prototypes or features that users have touched. Expect to walk us through one in interviews
- Daily use of AI tools like Claude for strategy, ideation, and analysis, along with the judgment to check the output before acting on it
- Track record of ramping quickly in unfamiliar product areas and delivering measurable results within a single quarter
- Experience using tools like Amplitude to design experiments and interpret results
- Clear, concise writing, with experience producing PRDs and experiment docs that engineering, design, and leadership can act on
