The AI Deployment Strategist is responsible for turning every landed Superblocks account into a repeatable expansion engine. This role will own the customer lifecycle from pre-sale discovery through onboarding, activation, value realization, and strategic expansion. Ensuring customers do not just buy Superblocks: they deploy it, adopt it, expand it, and make it a core platform for AI application development. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, strategic and/or technical role such as Deployment Strategist, Program Management, or Management Consulting
- A refusal to accept surface-level answers, you dig into the underlying data until you actually understand what's happening, and you're hands-on enough to build the prototype, ship the fix, or write the plan yourself
- Low ego, high EQ - the customer outcome matters more than who gets the credit, and you can own hard conversations with senior executives, delivering real trade-offs instead of comfortable answers
- Influence without authority — a track record of leading cross-functional teams (Product, Eng, Sales, CS) with no direct reports and no formal mandate
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity without a playbook, adaptable enough to lead or follow as the moment requires, and proactive enough to find the next opportunity before anyone has to ask
- Strong product sense and user empathy, especially when balancing cutting-edge AI capabilities with enterprise requirements
