## About the role

We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on operator to own the customer journey from first click to membership. As Head of CRO & Lifecycle, you will lead the website, landing pages, offers, quiz and personalization pathways, conversion funnels, and the acquisition-to-membership lifecycle. You will set the strategy, but you will also be close to the work: shaping hypotheses, shipping experiments, reading the results, and improving the experience.
