## About the role

Superside is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who will fuel our next stage of growth. This is a chance to shape how we generate pipeline, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing, Revenue Ops, and our Account Executive team, and putting your stamp on a fully remote team you'll coach to hit ambitious targets.

## What they're looking for

- Proven track record in business development, including at least 2 years managing a team
- A seasoned people leader who can build a culture of high performance and growth, and who genuinely cares about their team's success
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
- A strong bias toward execution, with a track record of turning ideas and initiatives into delivered results
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales teams (AEs), Marketing, and Revenue Ops to align on shared goals
- Hands-on experience building or co-creating training and enablement content
