## About the role

Supio is standing up a new Compliance Platform team to protect the most sensitive data our customers entrust to us. The platform does its heaviest lifting behind the scenes, but it needs a clear, trustworthy face: the interface where compliance is actually managed. You will own that surface end to end — a lightweight, purposeful UI for reporting, BAA and contract management, data opt-in/opt-out, data residency, and access management — used by engineers, CSMs, DevOps, executives, and our privacy office.

## What they're looking for

- Design and build the compliance platform's UI from scratch: reporting dashboards, BAA and contract management, opt-in/opt-out and data residency management
- Build authentication and authorization flows so the right people — and only the right people — see sensitive reports and records
- Turn dense audit and access data into reporting that executives and our privacy office can act on
- Work directly with the founding backend engineer to shape the platform's APIs
- Ship a lightweight v1 quickly , then iterate with internal users across engineering, customer success, and DevOps
