## About the role

You'll use AI to ship ads for Surface Labs. Static creatives, video ads, landing pages, all of it. We give you the ad budget. We give you the AI tools (Claude, Remotion, Midjourney, Runway, all covered). We give you the brand, the product, and the audience. Your job: run ads that actually convert into closed revenue.

## What they're looking for

- Ship 20+ ad creatives per week (static + video) using Claude, Remotion, Midjourney, Runway, and similar AI tools
- Build and iterate on landing pages in Framer/Next.js that convert ad traffic into leads
- Run live campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit with real Surface Labs budget ($5K to $20K/mo)
- Write ad copy, hooks, and CTAs at scale. Test dozens of variants weekly
- Track performance across CPC, CVR, CAC, and pipeline influenced
- Iterate weekly based on what actually drives closed revenue
