## About the role

The Branch Manager plays a key leadership role in driving business growth and profitability within a designated geographic area. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing branch operations to achieve sales and performance goals. You’ll lead the charge in identifying and securing new clients, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across your branch team.
