## About the role

The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in driving new revenue growth within an assigned geographic territory. This position focuses on identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing and inactive clients. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, collaborate with field management, and deliver measurable results that align with company goals and forecasts.

## What they're looking for
